Hey there. Time to show you some new pages from my art journal. Since my week was really busy, I hadn’t any time to create some new pages. So here are four from my very first art journal – inspired by the first art journal Ecourse “Art journal all year” by A Beautiful Mess.
Loved the challenge to create my own pattern with geometric shapes out of scraps of paper. For the ‘brave’ challenge I chose a map of the Arctic as background, because I thought about the first brave men and their expeditions to the unknown North.
Don’t forget to visit the other amazing ‘Get Messy’ ladies. From now on Caylee hosts all links to every blog.
More than that, you can follow us on Instagram with the hashtag #getmessyartjournal and on our Pinterest board. If you are interested to join us on our art journal challenge, just write an email to one of us (blog (at) momentstolivefor.com).
get messy. get crafty.

That BRAVE page? Yes. Am so loving maps, and need to start using them in my art journal. I saw Lauren used a map and that was my fave page too.
Ordnung is such a GREAT word. In English it’s not quite as strong as the German word. I loved that part of Germans, in Africa it’s pretty much chaos.

Ich finde die Idee mit der Karte echt toll. Und auch wie Caylee und Lauren werden ich das wohl auch mal ausprobieren müssen 😀
Sehr schön! xx
