photo walk: pattern II

photo walk: pattern | momentstolivefor.com

In 2015 I want to do one photo walk a month to get better in using my DSLR camera in manual mode and broaden my mind. Last Sunday I just started to walk without a concrete theme in mind. I passed several motives, but it wasn’t till I saw this beautiful green wall, when I knew my theme: pattern. I did this theme already in 2012, but it was one of my first and that shows. Therefore it was time to give it another chance.

The weather was beautiful although icy cold, but the blue sky and warm sunshine made the patterns look even more wonderful and sunny. I loved especially the colorful window inside the old Zionskirche at Prenzlauer Berg and the old, broken walls.

Gorrrrrrrrrrrrrgeous. So glad you’ve shared another photo walk. I can’t even handle how inspiring these are. I can’t wait to get back to Germany to do some more since we can’t really walk around in Johannesburg.
