Are you stressed? Who isn’t at the moment, only four days until Christmas eve, yikes! I have still so much on my to do-list,… So I thought about, how I could get rid of this tense feeling. And here’s what I came up with – simple and not at all time consuming:
- Watch your children or pets while playing.
- Laugh with someone as much as possible.
- Listen to some relaxing music.
- Do some yoga or pilates.
- Do something just for you, if only for half an hour.
- Cuddle with your partner, it releases feel good hormones.
- Sit down and drink a cup of hot chocolate or tea.
- Take a nice and relaxing bath.
- Take a walk, even when it’s snowing or raining.
- Breath. Really, stand still for a few minutes and just breath.
